We will no longer be able to accept Out of Province health cards. You must pay for services rendered at the time of your visit. You can submit your claim to your home province's Ministry of Health for reimbursement based on their local fee schedule.
The Professional fees charged by our Doctors for medical services are based on the Ontario Medical Association fee guide 2008.
